Bus Tickets from Lloret de Mar to Barcelona Nord

The seats I chose was taken when the bus arrived, the persons sitting there didn’t move when I told them they sat in my seat

The directions to the bus stop sent me to the wrong side so would have missed the bus, but fortunately it was 20 minutes late and there was a crowd over the other side which I joined and found we were going to the same place on the same bus

The wrong bus stop is listed on the booking. I arrived 45 minutes early and asked several bystanders on the opposite side of the road (where the correct bus stop was) if I was in the right place and none of them knew. 2 bus drivers drove off without even letting me speak to them. Finally at 12:15 I asked another bus driver which side it was for Barcelona and he pointed to the other side. But at this point I had missed the bus. I then tried to rebook for the next bus and waited another hour for it, only for my ticket to be for the wrong date (when I specifically clicked the 8th September in my search). Ended up wasting €30 and 3 hours in total standing outside in the rain with my clothes and bag soaked through and had to cancel all my bookings in Barcelona for that afternoon and pay €175 euros for a private taxi 2 hours later.
