At first after the changes from EuroLinse I had some problems with the East European drivers those that could not speak English, but I am getting along with situation.
Their needs to be more/better Eurolines staff at Victoria Station. Our group and another two groups missed our bus as the check in system was shambolic and there were no Euroline staff members willing to offer advice. Ended up having to jump on a Ouis Bus which cost us each another 20 quid.
I got the bus to Bruges from London. Price is very good and I could got to Bruges safety and on time. so If I have another opportunity, I will definitely use OUIBUS. But if I am asked a drawback, I would like to tell about what I could not know gate number until I asked information desk. You need to check gate number in Victoria coach station when you get bus. Information boards are shown only final destination, my ticket was not written final destination or gate number but only my destination. so I had to stand a queue of information desk. Information desk has only one staff there, and as other customers in front of me took time, I was worried if I could miss my bus or not... My Trip From London to Brugge was a very good
We were told via email to arrive 10-15 minutes ahead of time. We arrived 20 minutes ahead of time and missed our bus due to poor organization and communication of the staff. Future emails should advise people to arrive an hour ahead, and staff should be properly trained. Eventually got a different train and the driver was wonderful, everything else about the experience was absolutely horrible.
