They ensured that passengers arrived on time despite the initial delay.

Apart from the 25 minute delay at Milton Keynes everything was perfect. Driver of the bus from Luton was excellent at saving time and diverted us a different way due to traffic on the motorway from an accident. Driver to Leeds was also excellent- made sure we got there on time despite the delay to the start time.
The driver at Luton was very off hand and not welcoming, but the bus did the job we wanted.
