This was not the bus I ordered tickets for, when shopping I picked a bus with wifi, outlets, and tv screens on the seats. This bus was terrible, it wasn't an ALSA bus, it was old and broken and very noisy. There wasn't any leg room and the horrible man in front of me laid his seat back the whole time and refused to sit it up. This was the worst bus ride and I'm so mad I didn't get what I was expecting. I wanted an ALSA bus not some weird bus company. I'm extremely dissatisfied
