very efficient service
First time traveller with bus. Very impressed, clean bus, decent seats and polite staff. Thanks
2 Awesome bus drivers. Bus was nice, quiet and comfortable for a 5 hour drive.
the driver cares all the passenger and I am happy with Ebus
Professional, safe, comfortable way to travel
Ebus was great.. it was too bad it was late arriving in kelowna though. The customers on the bus were a bit weird and made me uncomfortable but that is out of your control.
It sucks that there was traffic in Vancouver but that made me late for all my plans in kelowna. Probably won't take the bus again
I believe the reason our bus was late was due to traffic, no big deal. My second time taking Ebus and really enjoyed both trips. Had my mom with me today and she also enjoyed the experience. she will be using the service again soon. I live in Osoyoos and it would be fantastic if there was a stop in Penticton.
Being a bit late was totally acceptable given snowy road conditions. The staff are wonderful. Thanks for providing the service!
Good service .. safe driving 2 hour delay because accident onCoqahalla .. highway closed
Staff is very nice. I would travel again.
Late due to passenger problem in Abbotsford resolved by driver satisfactorily
I would reccomend this to my friend
Staff was lovely. The bus was late due to traffic in Vancouver.
I look forward to the time that EBus will have a heated, covered, Terminal Building at each location
Road conditions were hazardous on both the Coquihalla and Connector. The driver did an excellent job of getting through the snow and bad roads with minimal delays
Great service!! Only thing: it would have been great if the second bus driver who took over in Merritt announced the stops as he went, some people don't take the route often and have no idea what stop is what.
It was good i guess
Horrible experience. So many delays. Got to Kelowna 3 hours late and with no food for 8 hours.
Not much good
it's okay were late because of the road condition and bus driver was the best defensive driver.
The roads were not the greatest so better to be late and safe.
Both drivers were awesome. Roads were tricky on the coquilhala but they managed well Smooth and steady
Jederzeit wieder. Trotz verschneiten Strassen ein super Job vom Chauffeur. Hatte mich jederzeit sicher gefühlt. Vielen Dank Urs
