Very Rude Driver , we've been using your service for years and have never seen such a rude driver, snapping at passengers, throwing smaller luggage in without regards to contents, I was planning on using again at end of July but now will probably go with train instead, you really have to do something about that behavior from your employees, Thanks , Rob T

Driver was fine, actual journey was fine, bus was an hour late picking up which left me standing outside in very hot, humid weather. No seats, nowhere to get water.

For my first time riding a bus, it was amazing. My oldest child is severely autistic and I mentioned that it would be best for my kids to sit in the front cause she tends to get upset and he had no problem with it and was super nice to me and my kids. Driver was overall 10/10
