Greyhound Toronto Albany recent customer reviews
Drivers were good. But never expected such long delay of over2hrs.Always have extra driver who's can cover an emergency situation.
Bus to Buffalo went smoothly, after that was terrible. At Toronto and buffalo stations my buses were not on the departure board. At Buffalo, staff were shouting, being rude to people asking questions, repeatedly telling customers there would be an announcement that there never was. I’m sure they were under stress, but surely there is a tannoy they can communicate with customers on? I waited 2+ hours on my bus to Syracuse, unsure where to wait or when it was expected. Until eventually giving it, getting a taxi to the train station and buying the last ticket on an Amstrak train, which brought me to Albany stress free and comfortably. I’m new to Canada and will never use greyhound again, despite having no problem with the company while in Australia. Shockingly bad service, disappointing and I’ve wasted around 150 dollars on buses that haven’t shown up and expensive taxis and trains.
Bus canceled two times. Phone support was so incompetent they couldn't even understand where we were trying to go.
Flixbus is a European bus operator that offers intercity and bus travel in over 38 countries.
