My bus to Baltimore should be at 7:15 pm the bus departure at 8:35 pm and nobody give us a feedback why our trip delayed we keep stand on cold wether without an excuse

The driver of the bus actually swore at me after a question is asked him. The rudest man I have ever met. To treat me as a customer like that was appalling.
