Just very average everything, but for a great price.
According to customer reviews, there have been several negative experiences with the bus service. Customers complain about broken seats that rock with every movement of the bus. Additionally, there are reports of delays up to three hours and poor communication from staff. The most concerning issue mentioned is the condition of the toilet, which was described as disgusting and smelly due to not being cleaned before trips. These problems have led some customers to recommend booking with another company instead.

Terrible experience. 3 hour delay and poor communication to passengers. Book with anyone else.
The bus was delayed for an hour; It was overbooked, three passengers were seated at the door steps which is hazardous! Most of all, the toilet was so disgusting and very smelly!!! It was not emptied and cleaned before the trip I was on.
Baltimore's Greyhound staff was rude and not helpful. They did not offer any customer service help at all.

Didn’t reach my destination on time. Had an incident where a man stepped over my body while I was picking up my bags and the passengers were mad bc I stood up pinning him against the seat.
The bus was late over an hour, the bus station is very poor, without any shelter, any marks and information regarding the busline
I was not so satisfied with Wanda Coach. I found that the bus ride itself was very stuffy with no real means of air circulation. When I asked the staff member when the bus would get in she responded the bus usually arrives in New York at around seven-thirty. This might have been okay if the bus was scheduled to leave then however, the ticket seemed to clearly indicate that departure would be at seven o'clock. This made me wonder if the bus usually gets in around seven thirty why would they schedule the bus to leave New York at 7 when it only gets in at 7:30? However, I did enjoy the low cost of the ticket. At the end of the day, I believe that the low cost of the ticket did not suffice for the irritants that I had incurred. I don't think I will be using Wanda again.
According to customer reviews, the trip was excellent with everything running smoothly and on time. The bus provided a high level of comfort, and customers appreciated the friendly and accommodating bus driver. However, some passengers suggested that it would be better to drop off passengers in a safer area of Baltimore instead of what felt like the middle of nowhere.
OurBus New York Baltimore recent customer reviews
Our trip was really excellent. Everything was on time and there were very few hiccups. The bus was extremely comfortable and I really liked our bus driver. He was friendly, thoughtful, and accomodating.
It might be a better experience to drop off passengers in a safer area of Baltimore, e.g. A train station. It felt as if we were dropped off in the middle of nowhere.
We were so delighted with our driver and trip from NYC to Baltimore city. The bus was clean, quiet, and on time!
