Very dirty.. outlet for phones broken...the bus driver a woman was so nasty to most people in the bus

Bus was 2 hours late. Had to call greyhound 5 separate times to try and get any info on the bus. No one had any idea what was happening and couldn't track the bus or give any info when it might arrive. Sat in a parking lot for 2 hours just hoping it would show up.
