Greyhound Orlando Key West recent customer reviews
Overall very unhappy with this trip. Bus was 2 hours late, staff on the bus, driver was courteous but the other “helper” was rude and no help at all. I asked him for options or ideas so I could make it down to Key West on time for an appointment and he couldn’t be bothered, even though he was just sitting in the front doing nothing.
Because the bus was 2 hours late getting to Miami, I missed my bus to Key West. The staff at Miami was extremely slow and I found a shuttle in the meantime to take me there instead so I could make my appointment.
