It wasn’t made clear where to get the bus from (bus stop) so I have missed the bus
usually i enjoy the price. today the bus left 10 minutes late for no obvious reason. then ran into a major traffic jam and did not drop us of at the normal stop in birmingham airport
I missed the bus because it only said Wolverhampton and didn’t list the other stops so myself and several other passengers didn’t know we could board.
