National Express Penrith Edinburgh recent customer reviews
Hello! I’ve attempted to contact your customer service department for days regarding this purchase which should haven’t gone through (I was simply searching buses, on different days no less). Would be great to connect and resolve.

Jane S.
As a traveller from Australia I was surprised that the bus did not stop for a toilet break and so that the driver could get out and have a short break after 2 hours of driving for safety reasons. This would be seen as a Occupational Health and Safety issue. He did a fantastic job of driving.
