The journey was ok. Bus arrived more or less on time at my stop (lee mill) and arrived on time at the airport.
According to customer reviews, the bus journey had some issues such as no heating inside the bus and slow internet connection. Additionally, there were complaints about the USB plug not charging phones and delays in arrival time. However, customers also mentioned positive aspects like good staff and punctuality. It's worth noting that some passengers did not comply with mask-wearing regulations during the journey, which was a concern for others on board.

Inside the bus was very cold, they had no heating on. The internet was so slow that I had to use my own data. The USB plug didn't charge my phone at all so my phone died. They were suposed to arrive at 14:00 and we got there at 14:25. I was so stressed as I had to take the flyer bus to the airport and I was worried that I'd miss my flight. It was a disaster this journey and super long, over 4 hours b

As I have said, we were 30 minutes late leaving Plymouth but in fairness there was an incident with another passenger trying to travel with a weapon so the staff had no option but to deal with it safely which they did. Other than that the journey was good 👍.

I was happy with the bus journey, staff and timekeeping, however I was disappointed to find that the wearing of masks seemed to be voluntary with the driver asking people to wear one if they had one. A number of young people wore no mask for the entirety of the 3 hour journey putting others at risk.
