Bus Tickets from Quebec City to Montreal Bus Terminal

Very upset because my bus was cancelled and I was not informed even when I approached the desk attendant early. There was no accommodation nor explanation. I arrived 1 hr 30 min early for my bus and was even early for next bus but I was not allowed to take earlier bus. I was finally able to board 1 hour late and even this bus was not mine but the driver allowed me as there were no shows which opened seats for myself and my wife. Lesson learned. Will take VIA Rail in the future!

Hello Team , To my surprise, I still haven’t received any update from either of your teams regarding my wallet . I have followed up and coordinated with your team multiple times, but I have yet to receive any clear response or status update. Genuinely don’t understand the level of operation being maintained when there’s no communication between departments. Instead of taking ownership of the issue, I’ve been asked to call one contact after another without any resolution. I don’t understand what policy your company hold when your entire team can’t even track bus operations details in 48 hours ,Is that how your operations works ?? I would love to speak your operations manager If there’s no proper policy or internal procedure for handling lost property, this is something your company urgently needs to review Regards Nik

I reached Montreal 20 minutes before the time expected. It was a very good journey.

The trip went well but I was expecting a real bus and not a van, maybe mention it. If it was mentioned I didn’t see it anywhere.

Despite the heavy rain, the trip was very pleasant. No delay and the driving was very good. The car is clean and confortable

Very comfortable travel and excellent driver. Just difficult to know exactly where to find the shuttle bus
