Just getting off a cruise ship there was a bus at the port. We had booked our tickets on line and were a little early but the driver was very accommodating and as there was room on the bus we were able to catch the earlier bus. It is an excellent price for the transfer from San Antonia to Santiago.
Great service from the SAN Antônio cruise terminal. Very smooth system with ticket provided for each piece of luggage.
Wonderful value and helpful staff.
Highly recommended.
We arrived earlier than our schedule departure time. Since there were seats available on an earlier departing bus they allowed us on that bus for no additional charge. Also, it was good to have an English speaking person at the terminal to help us with the translations.
Bus was at the cruise terminal, took our 9:45 am tickets and placed us on an earlier bus. The value and service was excellent. We would recommend to anyone traveling from San Antonio to Santiago.
Departed from cruise ship and the bus was waiting about 100 meters from exiting the port. The staff was spoke excellent English and processed our online tickets immediately. The bus departed the the cruise terminal as scheduled and it was a smooth economical ride into Santiago.
The ticket agent was very helpful, as we needed tickets for an earlier bus. He even drew us a map of the 3 subways we needed to take to get to our walking tour starting point.
We booked a bus ride from the San Antonio Chile bus station to Santiago for when we disembark from a cruise ship in San Antonio. The bus line actually sent buses to the cruise terminal so we did not need to haul our luggage to tbe San Antonio bus terminal. This was great.
we were happy the bus was in the port lot and picked us up we did not have to walk to the terminal. seats were comfortable and ride uneventful, lovely scenery
The bus left San Antonia late waiting for for the passengers who were delayed due to late luggage delivery by the cruise. We have earlier booked our tickets online for the 9.30am transfer and to our delight, the bus was right outside the cruise terminal waiting for us and others. The bus is comfortable and the driver is good.
Excellent service. We got off a cruise ship in San Antonio walked out the exit and a Pullman coach was parked in the parking lot. I showed them my ticket which was for an 1100 departure and they allowed us to board even though it was 0915. We were assigned seats and sat back and enjoyed the ride.
