It is more about the quality of the bus . It smelled really bad , uncomfortable... I was expecting a better quality

Bus experience was great except a bus with WiFi and outlets is what was promised. The bus from Sf didn’t have WiFi or outlets which was disappointing

Stations were rough.

First bus was delayed by 3 hours, meaning I missed my connection and had to get another bus. Turned up to my best friend's bachelor party 6 hours late - absolutely no communication along the way as to why the delays had occurred and the staff at Oakland station were extremely rude. Overall, what a terrible decision to take a Greyhound.

We prefer no air conditioning when the weather outside is already very cold. Thanks.

The worst trip in my life! The bus is late more than 2 hours. Our schedule is also getting mess. Spend a whole day on bus…… Terrible!

Leonardo C.October 14, 2016 |

Our entire trip was delayed for 9 bus because the bus konked out twice along the way. It was extremely disruptive. We were set to reach Las Vegas at 1.30pm but got there past 9 in the evening. How sad.
