Very nice and helpful driver- it was a pleasure to travel with him, but...very old bus!
It was cheap and good, only I need more leg space
The best about this trip was the bus driver Mr Walker. The bus was very uncomfortable.
Overall the experience was fine. Air conditioning was too cold though but this seems to be the case in all of California.
The driver must be more
The bus is confortable, but my trip was delayed and I reach my destination later than it be scheduled
The seats were comfortable and the staff were friendly. The bus AC was having some issues which left people feeling warm and then they opened some windows and it was too cold. Otherwise it was perfect.
Pathetic condition inside the bus. no maintenance. Rude staff. no facilities and safety arrangements
Overall Greyhound was really good
The worst station
seat is too unconfortable
The bus was an old one for such a long journey and therefore quite uncomfortable. The window behind the driver flew open at one stage and the driver had to stop on the shoulder and get tools out to secure it. He was quite apologetic but the bus was old and shouldn’t have been used.
we encountered quite a few issues on our trip. We were supposed to be on a 9:30am bus, it didnt come until 10:15am, then we had to get off in Oakland. We then didnt get back on until 11:35am. Some of the staff in Oakland we so helpful and kind, whilst one of the security guards were extremely rude. I have traveled with greyhound many times and have not had any issues, but this trip made for an extremely long day, arriving 5 hours later into LA than scheduled
The attitude of the staff and the cleanness of the bus can be improved.
Everything was good except the bus condition and the very loud sound of the engine.
Brilliant staff at San Francisco, driver from San Fernando however not so great. He never said where the bus was going, just expected everyone to know. I followed the people in front and thankfully it was the correct bus I got on
First off, the staff was very rude to us, and the agent in charge of the lugage wanted to make us pay 15$ more for the carry-on lugage, even though it was included. We left 45 minutes late, and had to wait for a second driver for 3 hours! In addition, the bus was not clean, it smelled terribly bad, and the Wifi never worked! I absolutely don't recommand travelling with Greyhound and will never do it rever again.
Trip was fine. But we did not leave on time. Late by one hour.
Very nice trip! The station and the bus very clean, on time, even the weather was not good. Great trip, great driver, thank you!!!
The driver San Francisco - Los Angeles, March 2, 2018, 12.55 was very unprofessional. She didn't let me to the bus because I just asked her about a possible to smoke before the trip started. I am really sorry for her, because I'll never ever use the Greyhound lines in my life.
Everything was very good
Screaming baby, too much perfume on 1 pass and pee on another, plus 1st driver hit most bumps & potholes along the way
Bus was 2 hours early, a pain with connections and losing sleep time over night
Staff was rude nd bus was delayed by 2 hours
Bus was late by 1 hour and 40 minutes. And it was filthy inside. When later buses arrived before our delayed bus, the staff refused to place us on the later buses that ended up arriving before our delayed bus - and there were loads of empty seats in those buses. Very disappointed with the way it was handled. There was no offering of travel voucher due to the delay and inconvenience, and there was not even any apology.
Was fine but bus was little bit dirty
Service is good
no good service my schedule is 2aug 7:25am LA but bus dalevar mi 7:00pm and i lost my immigration cote date
