Both of the employees that we asked for help were really mean. They yelled at multiple people and when we asked about our luggage they got upset when we asked for clarification. They told us that they would take our luggage form the train to the bus and when we tried to make sure we did not have to move our luggage she yelled at a
The seats were comfortable and the staff were friendly. The bus AC was having some issues which left people feeling warm and then they opened some windows and it was too cold. Otherwise it was perfect.
The bus was an old one for such a long journey and therefore quite uncomfortable. The window behind the driver flew open at one stage and the driver had to stop on the shoulder and get tools out to secure it. He was quite apologetic but the bus was old and shouldn’t have been used.
we encountered quite a few issues on our trip. We were supposed to be on a 9:30am bus, it didnt come until 10:15am, then we had to get off in Oakland. We then didnt get back on until 11:35am. Some of the staff in Oakland we so helpful and kind, whilst one of the security guards were extremely rude. I have traveled with greyhound many times and have not had any issues, but this trip made for an extremely long day, arriving 5 hours later into LA than scheduled
Brilliant staff at San Francisco, driver from San Fernando however not so great. He never said where the bus was going, just expected everyone to know. I followed the people in front and thankfully it was the correct bus I got on
First off, the staff was very rude to us, and the agent in charge of the lugage wanted to make us pay 15$ more for the carry-on lugage, even though it was included. We left 45 minutes late, and had to wait for a second driver for 3 hours! In addition, the bus was not clean, it smelled terribly bad, and the Wifi never worked! I absolutely don't recommand travelling with Greyhound and will never do it rever again.
The driver San Francisco - Los Angeles, March 2, 2018, 12.55 was very unprofessional. She didn't let me to the bus because I just asked her about a possible to smoke before the trip started. I am really sorry for her, because I'll never ever use the Greyhound lines in my life.
Bus was late by 1 hour and 40 minutes. And it was filthy inside. When later buses arrived before our delayed bus, the staff refused to place us on the later buses that ended up arriving before our delayed bus - and there were loads of empty seats in those buses. Very disappointed with the way it was handled. There was no offering of travel voucher due to the delay and inconvenience, and there was not even any apology.
Greyhound said there would be internet on the bus so I booked a trip during the work day thinking I'd be able to work. However, the internet did not work the entire time on the bus which was very frustrating. Wish I could have known about this since I lost a lot of time from work. I'm pretty disappointed and think Greyhound could definitely be better here.
