Both of the employees that we asked for help were really mean. They yelled at multiple people and when we asked about our luggage they got upset when we asked for clarification. The bus was almost an hour late. It was not cold inside the bus, it was basically room temperature. The trip cost me 100$, which is 40$ more than an amtrak trip would have cost me. The restroom did not have hand sanitizer. The amtrak bus-train experience is a lot more relaxed and comfortable. I appreciated the 40 minute stop at a rest stop, but overall the trip was uncomfortable. And that sucks because I spent so much on the bus trip that I thought I would have gotten a luxury experience.
