FlixBus San Francisco Los Angeles recent customer reviews
Driver was an interesting asian guy. No plugs for chatging on the seats. No wifi connection.
The bus was cancelled. We waited for two hours with no answer from the company.
The bus was almost an hour late. It was not cold inside the bus, it was basically room temperature. The trip cost me 100$, which is 40$ more than an amtrak trip would have cost me. The restroom did not have hand sanitizer. The amtrak bus-train experience is a lot more relaxed and comfortable. I appreciated the 40 minute stop at a rest stop, but overall the trip was uncomfortable. And that sucks because I spent so much on the bus trip that I thought I would have gotten a luxury experience.
According to customer reviews, the bus service had several delays and arrived late in multiple instances. Some customers also mentioned that the staff at the office could have been more helpful and responsive. However, there were positive comments about a driver who provided an excellent travel experience.
Greyhound San Francisco Los Angeles recent customer reviews
We reached 2.30hrs late by schedule time and driver was just doing time pass. The bus was stinking a lot and very unclean.
The bus arrived 2 hours late; allegedly, the bus driver was still asleep. I know that delays happen at times, but this was truly sloppy.
Overall was of a good standard. Staff in the office could have been more helpful. Didn’t want to answer questions or be helpful.
