Incident with aggressive passenger delayed bus. Believe more stringent procedures should be in place to avoid this. Also charging one euro for toilet is unnecessary, toilet locked repeatedly and many were left too long without access to toilet. Will avoid using Alsa in future

Pay toilets on bus €1. Stops in Porto where there is no toilet. Not impressed.

Difficult to find my bus in Santiago but succeeded by asking staff. Porto was marked, but not Lisbon

Loïc D.April 30, 2018 | Timeliness: 5 | Staff: 3 |

I drove 7 hours in the bus and I had to pay 1 euro each and every time I wanted to use the toilet, This is not normal at all. I paid almost 10 euros at the end.

On your site it says that the buses have wifi and a washroom, ours have neither.

First, at the ticket office the lady was helpful and was with passengers for questions, when bus departed. Driver was also helpful. Nice stop for 1 hour for lunch and arrived at 830, not 845pm. Will look for a chance to do this again. Thanks for a positive and memorable experience.

Clean, affordable way to travel long distance between Spain and Portugal. Silly that one has to pay a euro to use the toilet on the bus, but other than that no complaints. If traveling far, be sure to pack a meal to eat when the bus stops for 50 minutes in Porto; there really isn't much more than pastry shops to choose from near the bus station there (although they ARE yummy!) Overall, I recommend travel by ALSA and would do it again.

Bus driver was a bit surly but overall a very good ride!

Mansell B.February 17, 2017 | Timeliness: 5 | Staff: 4 |

All was good except there was no light or no water in the toilet.

Kirsten W.September 26, 2016 | Timeliness: 3 | Staff: 3 |

Did not know that bus would be dropping passengers off and picking up at various points along the route. Made journey very long

Drew M.July 10, 2016 | Timeliness: 5 | Staff: 4 |

The driver didn't speak english and multiple riders had a hard time understanding what stop we were at

Zsuzsanna S.July 5, 2016 | Staff: 5 |

The staff was very polite kind and helpful. In addition we arrived 30 minutes earlier.
