Driver drove very fast on narrow winding roads...with many occasions of heavy braking. It was a bad experience and made me feel ill to be honest.
Also, boarding arrangements at Santiago station were very chaotic : monitors said 2 different platforms for same bus + nobody realised who could board first (luckily I was allowed on early due to pre booking...but was never aware...and no explanations by any staff).

Enjoyed everything but would have been nice to have a little air conditioning since the temp outside was 32’C and inside felt the same.

Helpful drivers but not English speakers. We were able to figure out where to get off and get back on.

The reason why we were dissatisfied was because the bus driver , woman was downright rude to us. We had an electronic ticket and also the invoice with all travel details on our phones. She did not want to see our tickets, but the invoices. When we accidentally showed her the return ticket she mocked us in front of all the other passengers. It was so obvious that she had no respect for us. She eventually let us on board but also made us put our small packs under the bus. Other costumers did not have to do so. Not certain why she disliked us so much.
Later when a friend of hers entered the bus she commenced with loud private conversations while driving the bus.
Sorry that this is not positive , but she certainly spoiled our experience a fair bit.
