It was good!
Bus attendants were very rude let multiple people in the same group behind me in line store their bags before me, and then the same thing happened boarding the bus as well. I had multiple people for no reason be allowed to go in front of me when I mentioned (in Spanish) there was a line to people doing so I got no response. Also was not offered a meal when the booking said so. The worst service I’ve ever gotten, and can only imagine why..

Bus left and arrived on time and was clean. The seats were a little short for me and my wife. We couldn't straighten our legs out. Also, the DVD player audio was not only available from the headphone jacks above each seat. It also came from the DVD player above us while we tried to sleep.
Seating was cramped. What is the difference between semi-cama and cama? I would rather sit downstairs (getting older now). Is downstairs 'cama'?
Bit more leg room would be nice I am 6"1 was a bit of a squeeze getting in and out of seat
