The bus was comfortable and the staff were good. However when we bought the ticket they were not honest about the journey time. The scheduled arrival on the ticket was 17:45 but the staff on the coach were scheduling 19:00 and it was even later than this.
The price was very high for the comfort I had in the bus. Bus arrived in Santiago 2 hours later than predicted on the busbud website
