FlixBus Newark Ithaca recent customer reviews
My first leg of the trip started badly. My bus was scheduled to leave Newark, NJ at 12:15p, it was late and finally showed up 30 minutes later. Flix doesn't list a number to call or issue any updates when the bus is running late. My connection in NYC went well, the bus driver to Ithaca was very professional he made the ride wonderful and made up for the terrible earlier experience. I will ride Flix bus again and recommend to others. Please list a phone number for passengers to call with questions or provide updates on the App, this will help a lot.

One of the great perks of Greyhound is that they connect big cities and smaller towns in the US, where you usually can't get to by train or plane. If you're looking for safe and affordable transportation, Greyhound is a great choice.
Greyhound Newark Ithaca recent customer reviews
Our bus route was from Newark to Ithaca scheduled at 9:25am. The bus arrived at 10am and Greyhound had overbooked seats. We didn't get a seat on the first bus. The Greyhound folks on the ground didn't communicate what was going on either. After 20 more minutes of wait, we were told there was another bus coming from New York which we had to take. They said 20-30 mins with the line "buses don't fly, they roll". Finally, we were able to hop on to a bus after 2hrs to find there were no allocated seats. We are a family of 3 with a young child hence had to request other passengers to allow me to sit with my boy. The finally 'rolled' on after 2 hours of wait with 15 mins of first break. At Binghamton, we were given the second 10mins break which extended to 30mins. The bus driver finally turns up saying the bus won't move for atleast 1.30 hrs. There is no certainty on when we would move. With no assurance of when we will start, my family booked a Lyft taxi from Binghamton to Ithaca and incurred another $100 on taxi. Overall, it was an horrendous experience and regret booking on Greyhound.
