Bus driver from new york to Providence had no public relations etiquette. He treated passengers as if he was a drill Sargeant. He screamed, demanded, and frightened everyone he spoke too. He left us in providence and conveniently didn't say which bus to switch to which left alot of people confused & extremely scared. He could of gave the older passengers a heart attack he was that horrible, unpleasant and highly unprofessional!!
