Greyhound Toronto Grand Rapids recent customer reviews
My second bus (from Detroit) arrived in Kalamazoo nearly an hour late and I consequently missed my connecting bus to Grand Rapids. The driver new we were running well behind schedule and he still chosr to stop twice to tell a passenger she was talking too loudly on here mobile phone. Then he stopped for a “rest break” for 15 minutes, which ensured that I would miss my connection. When we arrived in Kalamazoo it was 11pm and the terminal was closed. The driver couldn’t provide me any other options or information about other buses to Grand Rapids. He just left me standing out in the cold night, alone and drove away. I had to search the area for a pay phone and call a friend to get out of bed and drive two hours roundtrip to rescue me.
