I booked the trip for my aunty to Worcester 3 days beofre departure day. Then when she came to the bus Station (Union Station in Toronto), she was told that her trip being canceled. Then I checked my email, they noticed me like 2 hours before the leaving time. Very unpleasant, my aunt lives an hour 30 minutes away from the bus station, now her plane is mess up because the late notice bus cancelation.
Drivers were generally polite and responsible. Internet stability could be improved
