Greyhound Tucson El Paso recent customer reviews
Not only was the bus late they oversold tickets and had to get my ticket reissued from 10:55 am to 2:25 pm. How is this even acceptable?
Had lots of problems due the the Very Late departure, almost 90 minutes, it was a very unsafe experience, this ticket should refunded
The bus driver was very rude and cursing because a couple of people and myself didn't know we needed tags to put our bags in the bus and were waiting for them. I think Greyhound staff should not be rude, they should be considerate with costumers and helpful. This was my first time riding a bus with Greyhound, and it was not a good experience.
