The bus was late one hour. There were no explanations nor apologies. The bus stops are not very appealing. The bus WiFi does not work. Even the bus stop Wifi does not work.
The driver's name was Leon Garcia and he was absolutely horrible. We were standing in line to get on the bus and did not realize we were standing in the re-board line. We were confused since it was our first time riding on a Greyhound bus. The driver proceeded to scold us and use an extremely disrespectful and condescending tone telling us to leave the line. When I told him there was a better way to talk to us, especially as paying customers who were merely confused, he had a tantrum and said that he was going to refuse us service and that we could no longer board the bus. We were a group of four college students who could not afford to miss the bus and he was one of the rudest and most condescending individuals I've ever dealt with. A lady from the Greyhound staff inside and a Security Guard both attempted to convince him to let us on the bus because everyone saw and heard what had happened and knew we had done absolutely nothing wrong. He refused to let us on and we were about to leave, I asked for his name to report him and it was only then that he agreed to let us on the bus, making sure to let us know that his authority should not be questioned. The driver was absolutely horrible, and if he hates his job so much, then he should quit, not take out his anger on paying customers. I paid $40 for that bus ride and I will definitely never be riding with Greyhound again after this experience.
They left my checked in bag at PHX and put it on the next bus, which means that I wasn't able to take it with me on my connecting international flight.
Really bad customer service on bus 8683 she was so unprofessional u guys should fire her! Screaming talking Rude to the customers. Saying u guys put deodorant take a shower cause u guys stink. She was saying that to the customers. Very very rude and attitude. I don’t know why u guys still have her for ur company
My bus left me. I had no bags with me. I just needed to walk on the bus. I printed out my ticket at 10:03 and the teller said my bus had already left the station. My bus was set to leave at 10:05. When I asked what time the bus left she said on time and had a very condescending attitude. They stated it was mandatory to be at the bus station an hour early. Nowhere on my ticket does it say that. She then began to say that the bus left exactly at 10:05 and she was outside watching it. I was speaking to her at 10:06 and she was ringing up another client at her register. Had she went out to watch the bus leave at 10:05 she wouldn’t already be mid transaction with another customer. I also have a ticket print out that the teller printed for me before my bus was set to leave with the time on it. The managers name was Jacque.
They need to fix there schedule causw i had my ticket saying 620 pm bus is leaving . the front desk toldnme that thw ticket i bouth was leaving at 430 am tje next day
The bus driver kept stopping to use the bus back bathroom. Maybe 4 times he stopped the bus to use the toilet. He was 45 min late to downtown LA and I missed my flight at LAX. So I will not be booking with them anymore.
The address referenced on the purchased ticket was incorrect BOTH times. This was MASSIVELY inconvenient for me and my ride from the bus station. Please correct this immediately. The bus from Phoenix to Los Angeles did not stop at the Florence Ave station.
