I got a text at 10:21am that my 10:50am was going to be an hour late. I go inside the station at 11:02 and find that the bus had already left. $90 down the drain. No help with customer service. And i had to spend another $60 to get a later bus Last week the bus was over 1.5 hrs late. Extremely disappointed and will no linger be using this service.
good, on time, easy directions, cheap, easy destinations, parking at los angeles union station was super easy, bad was the bus was freezing, seats weren't super comfortable, super tough to sleep on my night bus, afternoon bus wasn't that bad because I just stayed awake, wifi wasn't all that great, had to just use a hot spot, entertainment and having a few movies was cool
The overall experience was pretty good. The driver was very helpful and the Greyhound bus is very nice and clean! It was very comfortable as well. It has AC and outlets for your charging needs.
Customers express dissatisfaction with the service, specifically mentioning delays and late arrivals. These issues seem to be consistent across multiple reviews. Additionally, one review mentions poor customer service as a possible factor for the negative experience.
