It was a horrible service, my bus got cancelled last minute
Departure time changed. Whitout info. 😐
Bus malfunctioned in the Riverside Station. We needed to wait for 2 hours for another bus to come and pick us up. We didnt know at ehat time the bus was going to come or if the bus that was broken would be able to work again. Misunderstandings, miscommunications and not organized at all. Never booking Greyhound again.
The only thing I wish was the seats were a little bigger people like to lay on me
Engine insulation has to be improved. Seats in the last row are too hot.
