Staff was friendly enough, but the bus was delayed at border crossing - more than 3 hours!
Great staff, bus was delayed an hour. But considering it was a 230am bus this was actually just fine
No notification via text or email stating the bus was going to be an hour late. This set me back an hour and since the bus does not stop at the airport I would have missed my flight. I ended up having to drive and parking my truck at the airport which was the whole point of getting a bus so I didn’t have to do that. Had I had at the very least an hour heads up I could have made better arrangements.
Greyhound Lines offers the most comprehensive intercity bus services in the United States. They operate a modern, environmentally friendly fleet that serves more than 2400 destinations and carries nearly 16 million passengers annually. When traveling with them, you can expect free WiFi, onboard entertainment, bathrooms, power outlets and decent legroom. One of the great perks of Greyhound is that they connect big cities and smaller towns in the US, where you usually can't get to by train or plane. If you're looking for safe and affordable transportation, Greyhound is a great choice.

Bus was 1 hour late leaving Tucson. No announcement, had to ask clerk if there would be a delay. Agents were not good communicators.
It was such a rip-off, the bus driver said there was no capacity left and that the next bus would arrive 3 HOURS LATER and it wouldn’t arrive at my destination until 5 HOURS later. And there’s no credit or reimbursement for this missed credit. It was B.S. and I wouldn’t recommend taking the antiquated, unreliable Greyhound bus ever.
Staff let us get on a bus with little to no Ac in desert heat. Yet the bus drivers air worked, pitiful!
Customers had a positive experience with easy booking, boarding, and clean spacious seating. However, some customers mentioned being given the wrong departure spot, causing inconvenience and additional expenses.

Easy booking, boarding & clean spacious seating for the whole trip was great!.
The experience was fine. My rating is 2 stars because after confirming my trip, I was told the wrong departure spot! I found in many places the bus was leaving from the downtown dennys, but thankfully the people who worked at dennys and saw me with my luggage told me the correct place where the bus leaves from, which was a quarter mile away! Fortunately I arrived early but I had to get a Lyft to the correct spot so that was financially inconvenient
