The driver was fantastic and the ride was comfortable
It was such a rip-off, the bus driver said there was no capacity left and that the next bus would arrive 3 HOURS LATER and it wouldn’t arrive at my destination until 5 HOURS later. And there’s no credit or reimbursement for this missed credit. It was B.S. and I wouldn’t recommend taking the antiquated, unreliable Greyhound bus ever.
Not worth the money. Late and passengers did not care about social distancing.

I booked a bus for 7:25. I arrived at 7:15 and the bus had already left the station. I then had to wait for the next bus, which was 7:55. And that bus left right at 7:55. Thus, why would my original scheduled bus leave before the scheduled time?
Because the bus was 30 minutes late I almost missed my flight, I made it to my flight 20 minutes before they were going to close the door, the bus was completely packed which was fine but it smelled so bad I wanted to throw up.

bus was okay but service was a bit shoddy and late by an hour
Didn’t receive any notification about bus being broken down and not arriving as scheduled. Didn’t find out until I arrived at bus station. Had to wait over 2 hours for next bus.
If the bus hadn't been so late, it may have been a better experience. The staff was kind however, and I ejoyed the seating on the bus.
Didn't show up had to leave to catch flight
It was 30 min late in Tucson. Very slow and arrived very late in Phoenix.

I purchased a ticket , that said departure time was 10:30am, when I arrived 30 min early , the ticket agent said , that I must wait , and sometime between 11am and maybe 2pm the bus would arrive to go to Phoenix , why not let customers know that in advance instead of when they arrive at the terminal. I left for I had to be in phoenix at the hour the ticket promised me , it was wasted money and time and will caution friends and family about the lack of honesty, to let people know before they buy a ticket so they can choose if there able to wait 2-4 hours , when the ticket gives a specific time to depart and arrive
Staff was having a hard time listening and the bus was delayed one hour, also I was told there was no room for me.

Completely disrespected by the employees. Lied to. Supposed bus was coming illegally from the border and the clerk hinted it was not legal or safe. Ticket said to arrive at 4:30 promptly. Once I got there after spending 30 min in a Uber she informed me the bus was still at the border picking up people. And had no clue when the bus would be arriving.

The bus was an hour late. The seat was broken. The charging ports didn't work.
Depot in Tucson is too far from town
Should have informed in time about the possible delay (more hours) when the bus comes from Mexico.

The bus was an 1hr and 45 late so I took the shuttle instead
I do Greyhound is an excellent, cheap transportation service. Overall, I do think that it could be better and minimizing delayed bus rides.
