All good except the WiFi never seems to work!
Drove for 2 hours and then had to turn around. Bus driver was negligent and the bus overheated because of her. I then had to wait for 4 more hours to get on a new bus.
Excellent and professional customer satisfaction rate is super.
Great affordable bus service!
Everything was great! The bus was very comfy and the driver was very safe. Well done for my first ride with grayhound
Not the best driver was very very off the roaad
The bus itself is very nice, very comfortable inside, the driver Mitchel was very friendly and accommodating, however, it didn't left the station at 4:55 PM but it left around 6PM. It took so much time in the terminal.
The bus was five hours late with no warning or notice of when it was canceled nor coming. I couldn’t spend the night at the greyhound so I had to miss my bus five hours late and get a hotel just to get a new greyhound.
Alright. This may sound like I just chugged my last drop of Haterade but trust me... I'm being honest and reasonable. Now, I swore I wouldn't give Greyhound my business ever again in 2012. There are plenty of other bus transportation companies I've enjoyed giving my money to over the last few years until I visited somewhere where they had no other choices but the Ol' Thieving Hound. They're archaic, horribly misinformed of whatever is ever going on in their establishment, negligent and have stolen at least $470.00 in dumb fees and stupid mishaps that have been 100% the company's fault. For example, not being able to use an e-ticket on your phone. It's 2018, get with the times folks. I've lost countless busses thanks to this. I remember one time, the only ride I could get to the station was about an hour early (un)fortunately and then having to wait in line for 50mins to get my ticket to then be charged for them having to print it as if I was the one who wanted this. I've seen elders wait for 6-8 hours for a bus without any explanation of what, why or where the bus is delayed. Another time I waited for 3.5 hours for a bus without a single employee around to ask questions on the whereabouts of the delayed bus only then to miss my flight ($289). There was only a security guard who naturally had no idea of how to help us.
Ok if you start at it's departure point. Get there early if you want a good seat.
Drivers didnt even show up so we had to get an Uber
In lieu of agents offering better rates/fares ......greyhound needs to improve their n their image as otherwise greyhound is in Grey rating at the core
worst experience in transportation i have ever had in my life.
