This was the worst trip I have ever experienced. The driver was extremely rude. He had absolutely no interest in helping people who could not speak Bulgarian. In fact, he joked and laughed at me and my husband with other Bulgarian-speaking passengers. When my husband slipped and fell off the bus, the driver laughed and failed to help my husband in any way. My husband now has an injury to his knee. I was forced from my allotted seat because a Bulgarian-speaking passenger (supported by the driver) wanted it, and I could not argue. I felt bullied and harassed to give up my seat. Again, the worst experience.
