Awful experience!!! Bus driver was so ill he had trouble driving. He actually closed his eyes twice while we were coming into Merritt. I took pictures of him texting while driving. He did this multiple times and put us in danger. He was rude and disrespectful to both older women sitting in front when they asked a question. We were 2 hrs late because of complete chaos. I heard many talking about trying to change their ticket home. I am shocked we all made it to our destinations.
