Honestly the fact that u guys pic up people in the city’s when there are city buses is ridiculous a trip the is 6 hours by car should not be 17 hours by bud one terminal people can be there to get on the bus saving hours and secondly the fact that when the ax of the bus breaks and the bus driver repeatedly asked if it was working and we said no but still made us go from Juat out of sault to Sudbury like that without any breaks is really disturbing considering I have subs burn on my face from whipping the sweat off my face the fact that there was small kids on the bus could of been chaos… I personally think that who ever rode the bud on the 25th of June should receive some kind of credit for having to be a passenger in those conditions I really think that where paying almost 200 dollar see should have the comphiest possible ride that we can we did not get that I would appreciate a email back about getting credited for my next bus ticket for having to deal with this
