Orléans Express User Reviews
Orléans Express receives praise for its punctuality, cleanliness, and helpful drivers. Passengers appreciate the smooth booking process and comfortable rides. However, some reviews mention issues with WiFi connectivity and occasional delays due to traffic or other factors. Additionally, there are concerns about communication regarding multiple buses at airports and luggage handling procedures.
The driver was really friendly. The journey itself was really easy and we got to our destination quite quickly. But what I didn‘t like was that there was no clear sign for the bus stop so we had to run up and down in the airport and ask at least 2 staff members. Would have been nicer if there had been any sign inside or outside at the arrival area. And not only after walking half the way down all the bus stops.

The coach was too hot, i couldn't sit with my partner as no seats were allocated, we arrived over an hour late
Karen M.
Missed the bus as the pickup changed and I was directed to the wrong spot. Better signage or communication of change of pickup would have be appreciated.

The bus was super clean, including the windows for seeing the sights, comfortable, modern and WiFi friendly, on time departure and arrival. A plus.
