Bus Tickets from Pearson Toronto Airport to Kingston

The experience was terrible. The bus arrived an HOUR after it was supposed to. I received no emails or notifications that it was running behind. Delays are expected, but no communication is unacceptable.

I didn’t get to go on the bus cause it left before the departure time and it stranded me

Bus broke down. Waited for mechanic instead of getting us on another bus faster.

The bus was super clean and I enjoyed the calm evening drive. It was a little tricky (and stressful) finding the bus stop at Scarborough Town Centre. It would have been helpful if the bus stop location was outlined more clearly on the ticket information.

I appreciate the service pickup at the airport. The bus driver was on edge, and drove with some rage . He reactivated aggressively to me when I went to open the luggage storage, trying to help because he did not open the correct one with my luggage. I did not always feel safe when he was driving.

The bus arrived late so passengers were rushed off and then we were rushed on to the bus without tickets being checked which felt odd. Also meant there was no airing out of bus or pass through by staff to ensure it was clean before we boarded. No clear, audible announcements about stops/timing due to the lack of mic/speakers throughout the bus but drivers did their best. Wasn't a new "FlixBus" but a random, ye olde weathered bus. My seatbelt didn't really work. We arrived on time and the drivers competent so that was positive but the price - $49 - didn't reflect the comfort/quality of the trip. This was a $20 ride.

I came 30 minutes early and there was no bus that said onex and no information. Eventually I got a call but the driver hung up on me. Customer service said it was my fault and was no help

Very satisfied. Booked my trip last minute after dealing with airport delays. Convenient pickup and drop off location and was right on time.

On time, easy to book and use . Could use better signage at airport pickup point but airport staff assisted in getting right bus point

Very rude driver who tried to state I didn’t have a good underStanding of English and that his was way better a standard than mine

The trip promised an impossible arrive time of 8.15pm in Kingston (start at 6.15pm in Toronto). The bus was delayed and started moving at around 7pm in Toronto. Then, it arrived in Kingston at around 9.40pm. The false promise and 1.5hrs delay is disgusting.

Great experience, way better than competing bus companies I've taken.

The service was great. Unfortunately, the person sitting next to me was quite large and sat in a way that took up some of my leg space. It made the seat uncomfortable enough that I ended up giving up my window seat, which I had specifically chosen. I understand these situations can happen, but it did affect my experience.

It was good. It arrived a little bit early. But I was OK with that. The bus was clean. It had A/C and power outlets.

Not great. Bathroom wasn't working off the hop, then front tires were DOUBLE the air pressure they were suppose to be. Waited on the side of the highway for an hour, then at a gas station, then had to wait another hour for a replacement bus to come. Driver was nice though.

Overall, the service offering was much appreciated, however I was not expecting so many frequent stops, especially so late at night. Being that tickets are purchased online, and somewhat in advance, I would rather not visit those stops and instead wait at some alternative/designated area instead of winding thru various parking lots and garages to reach pickup location. It makes for a dizzying experience with the constant braking and acceleration. Also scheduled arrivals could be communicated in a clearer manner. The wifi and power options were appreciated.

Bus was 1 hour late and they just send the notification1minute before the actual trip time which was so dissatisfied. Next time please inform atleast 30 minutes before the actual departure time.

Wifi was not working at all, staff conducting lines were confused and removed me in and out of 2 lines three times causing me to board last even tho i was one of the first people to line up.

The ride itself was good, comfortable, liked that there were plugs available. What I was not happy with was that the bus was over 15 minutes late with no indication or notification sent that it was delayed, which I have received for other coach bus services. The bus tracking option was not available for my bus either, which was very inconvenient.

No toilet paper or hand sanitizer in bathroom. Outlets didn’t work. The bus was unmarked.

Late by an hour to wait for a change of bus driver, bus driver likes to play TikTok videos very loud when waiting, and the bus is not clean at all

Fine driver was great unfortunately it was a Friday night on a long weekend out of Toronto. Too much traffic too many accidents along the drive to Kingston.

Everything was very satisfying. I reached in time, the driver was cooperative and the bus was comfortable

Love this new company! Felt safe, great communication, friendly service, convenient locations, affordable. 10/10 recommend!

I did not enjoy the speed of the ride nor that fact that the driver showed 25 minutes early and threatened to leave stranded.
