There was an awful smell the minute i entered the bus because The toilet was not flushing and no air fresher we struggled for the whole trip I almost vomited and now am not feeling well because of that very poor service from the company of this caliber truly speaking It was for the first time using your buses and I was expecting the best service as I know intercape has been giving services for many years and its a big company and Charging points where not working as well we couldn't keep our family members updated because our phones where flat.
