Nothing much to say but it was good

Dirk T.March 10, 2020 |

Trip was good. Drivers just need to ensure they do not take such risks on overtaking. IE on blind hills and corners. Wifi was not working and no movie was shown. Had to listen to gospel music the whole trip and to high a volume in a language that I did not understand.

Great service from the staff🙂

Leme D.September 28, 2019 |

The fact that we spent more than 3 hours at the weigh bridge is unacceptable for me. We were supposed to arrive in Pretoria at 16:05, inatead we arrived at 22:30, which is unacceptable for me. This really needs to be adressed!

Nomvula Joyce M.September 26, 2019 |

The intercape staff made me stand at the wrong pick-up level and consequently I missed my bus trip. No-one was prepared to help me renew my ticket. I lost R1200. I earn R2800 per month. This killed me. I missed my mother's funeral in Pretoria and I am heartbroken.

Aletta V.September 17, 2019 |

will use your service again thanks

Vaughan K.April 20, 2019 |

Will definitely make use of Intercape again.

Lephline M.March 23, 2019 |

The trip was pleasant, was just not pleased with waiting and arriving an hour late

Bonita Maria Y.March 21, 2019 |

Besides it being a very long trip from Cape Town to Pretoria, I really enjoyed the bus trip. I felt safe with the drivers behind the wheel. The drivers were friendly and helpful especially with the loading and unloading of the luggage. I felt like part of the family from the moment I arrived at Cape Town station till reaching my destination at Pretoria station. The bathroom was a bit of a mess and I had to clean up the toilet before I could make use of it after a heavily intoxicated passenger urinated all over the toilet and the floor and left the toilet unflushed. I do understand that it is each passenger's responsibility to clean up after themselves. I was also very impressed with the usb ports installed in the bus which made contact with family and friends so much easier. Job well done. Will be making use of Intercape on my next road trip.

Thnx bus driver 912

Walber K.September 5, 2018 |

The busdriver does not tell the passengers when to get off for 15 minutes to rest, etc. Furthermore, the toilet on the bus can only be used for urinating.

Before we took this long trip with my Wife we were a bit sceptical. How were we going to handle the lengt of the trip and how my long legs can cope with the legroom. We travelled 21 hours with a great and reliable speed where safety first. I have never slept on any liner before even in Europe and here Miracle happened. I have even dreamt 3 times on board. Overall we had a great time as our first bus trip together.
