Vivo Green User Reviews
Vivo Green has received mixed feedback from its users. Many passengers appreciated the punctuality and helpfulness of the drivers, noting that buses were generally clean and comfortable. However, some reviews highlighted concerns about overcrowding on smaller vehicles, communication issues with staff regarding luggage policies, and safety concerns such as speeding or a cracked windscreen. Despite these challenges, many travelers still found their trips satisfactory overall.
Great service from start to finish. When I arrived at the counter in Calgary Airport, the staff member kindly offered to store my bags behind the counter so I could grab a coffee and relax during my 45-minute wait—such a thoughtful touch that made a big difference instead of having to drag my luggage around. The driver, Red, was excellent as well. He shared helpful tour information and gave us great insights about Banff and Canmore along the way. Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional—overall a really positive experience.
