Bus Tickets from Calgary International Airport to Banff

It was a lovely route however the buss was 30 min late and it was a mini van with no Wi-Fi or toilets. But doesn’t really matter. Just would be god to know

The bus was good and the seats were nice. However, the bus was late in arriving at pick up by approx 30 mins. Need to improve this.

Worst experience ever . Bus was 45 mins late and on calling customer service they said we have no idea where bus is. Ruined my whole trip and I cancelled. Lost my money

They cancelled at the last minute without even giving me 24 hrs notice. That trip never happened through them.

I had a great experience with Banff Airport Bus, the drive was smooth And the driver was very kind. He drove me directly to the hotel because it was raining.

The driver Arnel came and found me in the airport and took me straight to where I was going. Very nice guy and great shuttle service

The driver was kind when helping and arranging the suitcases, but he was terrible every time a passenger got off because I had to close the door every time.

Was punctual and on time. The driver was unprofessional, did not even offer to help with bags in the back, just opened it while he spoke on his phone. Talked on his phone to the airport- he needs earpiece and headphone. Had bollywood music playing for all 2 hours - I love it but not the time. He drove like a mad motorist, speeding into doing 46 when he enter Banff townsite and the ride was rocky in and out lines. Missed my drop off and then told me I must have booked somewhere else. In Winter, I would and could never drive with this driver. Bus could be cleaned up better

Enjoyed the comfort in the bus and the help rendered by the driver with my suitcase.

Had a good experience! There was some confusion at start since I booked a Fairy bus but was picked up by another company. I wished to have been informed to know what to look for

Driver was on time, drove safely, curtious and I sat on the front passenger side, was very happy because I got the best views heading into Banff.

Everything was perfect except that we couldn’t enjoy the scenario because of the writing “VIVO GREEN” on the both sides of the glass.
