Bus Tickets from Calgary International Airport (YYC) to Banff

I was disappointed in every way, except for the polite voice and attitude of the driver. 1. The bus was 55minutes late(cutting into my 48hour trip), while the neighbouring company had two buses come and go. 2. The bus itself was old, dirty, only lap seatbelts, no suspension, the door flapped/rattled l the whole ride and cold air blowing in. 3. No music. 4. Hard seats. 5. It was SO noisy - couldn’t even speak to the other 3 people on the bus without raising my voice - combo of hearing every bump in the road and the door banging I guess. 6. The bus had NO suspension- every bump hurt my back and jarred my head. Super unprofessional mode of transportation- for a very high price. Not satisfied at all.

Ride was smooth and driver ,Claudio, was very friendly. I left my phone on the bus and he was able to quickly return to our hotel to drop it off for me. All in all very good experience.

Due to unexpected bad weather, our flight from Vancouver to Calgary was delayed, and Driver Mo waited for us for an entire hour. Of course, we were the only ones waiting in the shuttle, but I know this kind of consideration isn't something we should take for granted. I'd like to express my gratitude to Mountain Park Transportation and Driver Mo for their prompt response. Driver Mo even came to the luggage pickup area himself to help us. He drove smoothly and was very kind, even offering a few brief Korean remarks when he realized we were Korean. If I ever come back, I'd love to use Mountain Park Transportation again and meet Driver Mo. I'll definitely recommend him to everyone!

Love the punctuality of the bus driver and overall the cleanliness of the bus and how spacious it was.

Awful. bus didn't show up and when i called help line they claimed it had. i had arrived at (correct) bus stop 30 minutes early.

Very poor service. Unclear instructions for pick up and we missed it although we asked for the bus driver to wait 30 seconds and he declined.

I had a great experience and red was a great driver that was super helpful and fun to talk to

I was expecting a bus but my ride was in an SUV so was a bit of a letdown from what I expected. It was fine.

My driver, Ronrom, was a really nice guy. He was very responsible and had a good sense of humor. He would even remind guests to watch their step.

Really loved this service! The bus was not jammed, it was a very lovely drive. The driver was so kind! I would love to travel with them again

the shuttle was canceled and they said we could go on another shuttle company. when we showed up they said they didn't have us on that shuttle

The reception representative and shuttle driver were very helpful and accommodating.

There was a delay (part of it announced). The passenger compartment of the van was cold (even with winter boots)

I tried to contact them directly because I mistakenly put the wrong date in, but they didn't answer

I got to know after waiting for 20 min that the bus driver forgot to pick me up then i’ll have to book a bus 2 hours later for 100$

1) my 4:00 pm bus was cancelled and changed to a 5:00pm departure. 2) there was not a friendly atmosphere, rather indiferente. 3) however the driver made up by dropping people off at different hotels.

The bus or the car was 30 min late for what been informed. There was no information about that and there was nobody in the desk in the airport. The ride itself was really good even if it wasn't a bus but a car.

My experience was great, we were picked up in a small and comfortable van with a friendly driver.

Imessage was used for communication which is good that if someone do not have a canada phone number

On time and the driver Mohammed was really friendly. All around awesome experience

It was a fantastic ride. He was flexible dropping me close to the house. I suggest passengers to please communicate before hand about your drop off location. Some people requested to change their drop off after reaching at the drop off. They are just wasting other people’s time.

The shuttle was nice and comfortable. What made the trip truly memorable was the driver, Joe. Very kind, sociable, and friendly. Gave me lots of tips and tricks

We could not find them at the airport and when we rang them they were so helpful and picked us up early!!

Really friendly drivers, especially the bloke from south India whose name I can’t quite remember. Great experience would definitely use again!
