Grant (the driver) was an absolute pleasure to deal with! The ride was smooth from start to finish. I received a text with the pickup details ahead of time, and once we arrived in Banff, Grant went above and beyond—he didn’t just drop me off at the designated spot but took the time to drive around and help me find my group. Truly excellent service!

Bus was very comfortable with seat belts, plug inside and adjustable seats. The commentary was very informative and he was very well spoken. All three lakes were beautiful. All worth visiting.

Very poor service. Unclear instructions for pick up and we missed it although we asked for the bus driver to wait 30 seconds and he declined.

There seemed to be some confusion at pick up. The driver had arrived 30 minutes before our departure and then left without any passengers. We were able to connect with company and they sent another bus. We departed 50 minutes later than planned.

There was NO pickup details given on ticket. I went to where ALL the other buses leave from and waited 15mins then ran through the terminal asking where to find it to only be sent it the wrong direction and missed the bus I had originally booked. The AI help was absolutely awful and slow to respond. I don't know if I ever TRULY was connected with an actual LIVE AGENT.

Ron was an absolute legend! He was so helpful and he got us there safe and sound quick smart whilst super cosy in the bus!

I liked the choice of car for the right number of people. The driver was kind, asked me about the itinerary, and drove me to the hotel, so I was able to start a happy trip with my kids on a rainy day.

The driver seems with good humor, however when the last guest got on van, they started talking. Sometimes the driver even didn’t look at roads which was really scary for us while sitting at roll behind the driver. And sometimes he has zigzag driving…. And changed lanes without giving any signal lights. We understand he drive many times per day with same route, probably can drive without starring at road. But it’s related to all passengers’ safety. The safety is always the priority.

Really loved this service! The bus was not jammed, it was a very lovely drive. The driver was so kind! I would love to travel with them again

the shuttle was canceled and they said we could go on another shuttle company. when we showed up they said they didn't have us on that shuttle

The reception representative and shuttle driver were very helpful and accommodating.

My experience was great, we were picked up in a small and comfortable van with a friendly driver.

Bus left YYC on time but then went to a rail station on the edge of town. We waited there for 15 / 20 mins for 4 passengers and only 1 showed up. There didn't seem to be a cut off for passengers to turn up. Bus was also cold and it took 30mins longer to get to Banff than the airporter bus.

I think your company should improve the arrangement of message notifications, such as providing the specific boarding location and the bus model two hours before departure, as well as a contact number for emergencies.

Customer service was very kind and helpful. Took a shared van from Calgary Airport to Banff- no stops in between which was nice. Pickup was almost 20 minutes late but we arrived around the same time as scheduled. Booked upon arrival at airport online easily.

Terrible. The driver left 20 minutes early because he didn’t feel like waiting and leaving at the scheduled time, despite me still showing up 15 minutes early. I was left stranded by myself in the rain. Then when I called they lied and said a passenger had an emergency which later came out as untrue.

On time and the driver Mohammed was really friendly. All around awesome experience

It was a fantastic ride. He was flexible dropping me close to the house. I suggest passengers to please communicate before hand about your drop off location. Some people requested to change their drop off after reaching at the drop off. They are just wasting other people’s time.

My experience was very satisfying,No faults or complaints at all! 100% recommended for a safe,stress free trip.

We could not find them at the airport and when we rang them they were so helpful and picked us up early!!
