Bus Tickets from Banff to Calgary International Airport (YYC)

The driver was very helpful and professional in conducting his service. Drove safely and knew the route very well.

Very nice lady, on time. Even early, for the better to catch a flight. Only thing, the driver should message a little earlier than last minute at the stop.

The shuttle showed up right on time, driver was very nice, I got to the airport exactly on schedule.

Poor communication, late by 70 minutes. None of the chargers worked on the bus. Then asking the driver for details for contact none were available.

It was in time , the bus had toilet inside. The diver was knowledgeable and courteous! Overall very good journey!

It was on time. But dropped off far away from the scheduled location (instead ofcrowfoot train station, dropped off 1km away)

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!! My bus to the airport was 2 and a half hours late with no communication to tell me this information despite me ringing several times! On all the occasions I tried ringing, no one answered the phone. As a young female solo traveller in a completely different country, the service I received was extremely disappointing to say the least!

I enjoyed the entire trip. Manny graciously placed our bags in the back, shared some history of Banff and Calgary, his van was clean, and he got us to the airport at an enjoyable speed. I highly recommend Manny and this service.

Absolutely horrendous. Bus was delayed by 1.5 hours. Customer service team called at 3 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Saying there will be 20 mins delay. 50 mins later, saying the bus is coming but unable to confirm time. Eventually, the bus arrived 1.5 hours behind schedule. The wind screen was cracked. Driver couldn't speak English. The bus was shady. It cannot be a more dodgy ride.

It’s was really bad experience not organized my bus should be arrived at 8:16 but no show up until 8:35 also the actual time to get to Calgary should be at 9:30 but I have arrived at 11:00

Polite, respectful driver. On time , travel very bumpy- roads? Or shocking absorbers or both?

Service was good. Lovely gentleman. Arrived early to pick up. Driver advised he was new and couldn’t assist with further transport options from the station. Felt he drove too fast on the trans way.

It was terrible. Changed pick up location and time. Used a different company that charges less for the trip

Bus was about 45 mins late. No call, no email. I nearly missed my flight. Terrible service

Didn't enjoy the lack of communication between the company and the driver. Company postponed my trip for half an hour, but the driver had no idea, poor lad was waiting and looking for me.

We had an excellent experience. We arrived at YYC on time and the driver was friendly and drove very carefully despite the snowy blizzard condition.

The driver was friendly. We could have a nice chat, even though I didn’t speak English well. Driving itself was safe, so we could take a nap.

It was very good and did the job, only concern was driver had a different pick up point on his paperwork but he had spotted us at out allocated pick up so not a problem .

It was a shuttle labelled under a different company's name without warning. This information should go out to all those who purchase tickets with Fairy.

We were early but the bus arrived just a few minutes prior to set time. No complaints about the service, wish we had used it earlier that week.

The bus arrived on time and the driver communicated clearly with all passengers. There were times I was concerned the driver was not being as safe as possible on the road. Ex, swerving between lanes on the highway, not coming to complete stops at stop signs, and driving above the posted speed limit.

Easy booking, good comms, but bus was replaced with car which was a bit crowded with 5 pax and their luggage

This is a great service for anyone who is able to walk to the pick up point. It was no trouble for me as I only had hand luggage. The driver was chatty which helped as I was on my own in the taxi/bus

Our trip to Calgary Airport with Geoff and Ten Peaks Shuttle was so smooth, efficient and enjoyable. Geoff made the experience amazing, telling us the names of the mountains as we drove through Banff National Park. Would recommend and will definitely be using this service again!

Our driver Jeff was very friendly and helpful. Bus was late due to the accident on the highway. But Jeff managed to drop us off on time for our flight. Thx
