Bus Tickets from Crowfoot LRT Station to Canmore

Comfort, drinks, wish gluten free and vegan snacks. Toilet stunk and light did not turn on. On return trip Canmore to Calgary a vehicle cut off bus and almost hit bus so driver honked. He was a funny driver. Canmore the hotel where bus picks up and took me to Calgary does not have a public toilet and I was happy Red Arrow did. Andrea.

The warm, welcoming, and friendly Bus driver Claudio was nice to give me a tour of Calgary and Canmore. And giving me some advice on hiking ideas.

Liked being on time . Comfortable seat and temperature. Did not like : driver seemed to be driving very slow and erratically. Not sure if something was wrong with the bus or him. Driver made no attempt to help anyone with luggage .

They were on time and clean, just wish there were cup holders!

Firstly, I would say, it's a great facility that saves tourists from the hassles of driving long routes, finding parking for day or days. Secondly, it's a great option to sit back, enjoy and watch beautiful side veiws. On- it provides an opportunity to people to not postpone their adventures just because they don't have their own modes of transportation. It was wonderful experience of mine going with on-it to canmore. Bus dropped me on time on a designated spot and guided me to be back on the same spot at the assigned time of departure. It was nice traveling through on- it, and I will soon plan another trip to Banff through the same service

Bus didn’t show up. Or maybe it did but if so it was super late and I didn’t want to wait in the pitch dark

The bus was scheduled to leave at 1:50. I got an email at 12:50 stating it would be arriving early at 1:25. I arrived to the bus stop at 1:30. It was clear by 1:50 that the bus had already left before I arrived (20 minutes early). I had to spend $220 to get to my new job in Canmore. I will NEVER book through this company again.

An email was sent to me 10 min before my flight left telling me to check in at a counter inside the airport. I did not see this email so I was waiting outside where the ticket told me to wait to meet the shuttle. Had I not called when the shuttle was not there at the meet time I wouldn’t know. Send the email the day before

1 lady was emailed last night that she was moved to the 6pm instead of 5pm. I was not informed and only for I had called, I was not informed. Then I was told the bus was going to be 5/10 min late due to breakdown. I was then told it was going to arrive 45 / 50 min late. Clearly this was just the 6pm. Missed our reservation at hunters. The driver of the bus was professional and very polite. No complaints about the driver, he was very helpful to all passengers and taking good care of a young Mother with her child.

Extremely unprofessional and disorganized service. My experience with Banff Golden Xpress was extremely disappointing. The shuttle was supposed to pick us up directly at the airport, yet they did not respect the scheduled time and provided absolutely no communication or explanation about the delay. I had to call the company myself just to find out what was happening. To make matters worse, we were actually picked up for a completely different bus with a different company/name. The driver didn't even announce himself or identify the shuttle. He simply had a list of passengers on a WhatsApp message and expected people to somehow know they were getting on the right bus. This is incredibly unprofessional and confusing, especially at an airport where passengers are relying on clear instructions and proper identification. After picking us up at the airport, the shuttle still stopped at Crowfoot, adding even more unnecessary time to an already delayed trip. There was actually another shuttle service scheduled for 9:00 p.m. that we would have much preferred to take, because we ended up leaving around that time anyway. Had the company communicated the delay properly, we could have made a different choice instead of being left waiting with no information. The complete lack of communication, organization and basic professionalism was extremely frustrating. Customers should not have to chase the company for information about their own booking or figure out for themselves which bus they are supposed to get on. As always, the usual suspects 🇮🇳 running a poor service.

Flight was delayed and we thought we’d miss our bus but our driver contacted us several times and graciously waited!

Everything was ok; The only thing is that we left like 20-25 minutes late because we came back to the station to pick up 2 passengers that arrived late. This shouldn’t have happened as they’re playing with all other passengers time and it’s unfair.

Great pick up point caught the tram from downtown Calgary to crowfoot couldn’t have been easier even with our cases

Shuttle was 20 minutes late to the airport for pickup, with no communication. I understand things come up, but it would have been helpful to be notified. Then, the driver did not have my name or the names of 3 other people waiting for the shuttle even though we all had tickets. He did let us on as he had room. We ended up arriving in Canmore 30 minutes late and then on top of it all one of the windows on the bus was all steamed up and I couldn’t even see out.

Only complaint was that it wasn’t clear where we had to meet. It was our first time. Plus the shuttle was 10minutes late so we were worried we were in the wrong place. Otherwise the ride was fast - albeit a little bumpy. The Kia may need new shocks.

The driver was very helpful and accommodating. He safely drove us through a huge snowstorm. We also appreciated the check-in call 10 minutes before leaving while we were stuck awaiting our luggage.

Very good. We really appreciate Mohammad texting us the instructions and color of the van otherwise we would probably miss the shuttle.

I didn’t sit properly because my seatmate her luggage on the chair, I have 3 luggage 1 bag pack my camera and personal bag and I’m sitting in small chair.

The driver was very helpful. I was able to contact him about a late flight and having trouble finding the correct airport door and he came to pick me up where I was. Very much appreciated.

The driver took the time to call me because I was 1-2 minutes late. The schedule has change and I don’t had time to check my email after la ding. This was really appreciated!!!
