The bus never turned up. After an hour of waiting I rang up and the bus had been cancelled!!!
Driver was very helpful but bus was about 30mins late. No big deal, these things happen.
This bus never showed up. I waited 2 hours outside the stop at lake Louise and it never arrived! Very unsatisfactory! Not a reliable service
The driver was awesome but your online schedule delay almost made me miss my bus. The time for the bus went from 4:40pm to a delay until 5:21pm and then suddenly it changed 4:46pm. I rushed out of my house, luckly I live 5 mins away. And then the time changed to 4:52? But your driver was superbe and funny.
Bus was canceled still not informed about the delay or cancelation, would be nice to have an email sent
The bus was an hour late and there was no bus shelter so we were stuck out in a snow storm waiting for the bus.
Would have been good to have somewhere out of the cold to wait for the bus from Lake Louise. We were in -30 degrees and no buildings open to wait in at 7.30am
Half hour late
Bus didn't show up at location. Stranded in Lake Louise and had to take a $110 cab back to Banff. Not good enough.
The bus was really comfortable and neat. Reasonable price.
Enjoy Wi-Fi and charge points on board
The bus never came, this is the second time that the greyhound hasn't shown up.
The bus was 20min late from Lake Louise pick up!
My bus arrived 1:30 later and we didn't receive any message to warn up.
No apology from bus driver. Two hours late. No consideration or contact.
When everyone in Canada relies on wifi around here, you can't expect people to think to check a Facebook page they didn't possibly know about for updates they weren't expecting. You should have emails or texted the conditions in advance when a bus is delayed 2 hours. I was sat in the freezing cold for an hour and a half waiting for the bus.
Driver should be more friendly
Bus was 20 minutes late, and driver wasn't very friendly. Paying $50 for a ticket I would expect a little more effort
