Bus Tickets from Crowfoot LRT Station to Banff

Horrible experience. Flix bus changed the departure time although it never changed in the app. Left me and my family stranded on the day of our flight. No help from customer service. Won’t ever be riding flix bus again.

The pickup point at Crowfoot Centre was a fenced-in Petro Canada station. There was no way to know where the FlixBus would stop. I had to run and wave my arms to get the attention of the driver. This was a bad dream come true.

Joseph was incredible. Kind, accommodating, took an interest in the passengers, was knowledgeable about the area and was flexible. He was the best driver ever!

Our driver was absolutely fantastic. He texted the night before to inform us of where to meet and what gate it was amazing. Then he texted today to let us know that he would be arriving at the gate. He was so full of information and made the trip from Calgary beyond enjoyable. We would highly recommend, Richard was absolutely fantastic.

Excellent! Highly recommend, our flight arrived later than expected and they sent a special shuttle to meet us. Very grateful for Mountain Park’s service ! Staff was wonderful too- highly responsive and our driver was most hospitable!

The driver was so kind, thanks. Just one thing, departure place from google map was wrong. Please update right spot or delete link to google map. It’s confusing and because of that I almost missed the car.

The only thing I didn't like was after we started moving, the bathroom on the bus got really humid and the toilet was covered in condensation. Other then that, the service and trip was great. The driver specifically was super friendly and funny!

Boarding was a bit disorganized but everything else was good. Being able to use Banff transit free was awesome and should be advertised

The transfer driver was punctual, friendly and informative. Pickup location was convenient and easy to find.

Dube, our driver was exceptional ! He stopped for somebody who needed to use the bathroom and let me sat in front to get a better view of the mountains. His driving was suoer smooth and we had great conversation. I will recommand Fairy Bus to everybody !

I enjoy the trip, the driver was excellent and the time that ton to get to banff was as expected. But i had confussion with the place of picking up, maybe an app or indication in real time could help to wait without anxiety of had gone to a erong place.

Bus was 30 minutes late and I had to call three times to find out what was happening. I only received an email after the bus was supposed to arrive informing me of the delay.

Very friendly and very accommodating. I highly recommend the Abest. And Jay(Driver) makes it more fun and friendly trip. The best for Abest, felt safe and the service is beyond expectations.

I spent most of my trip with my eyes glued to the road as our driver swerved all over, constantly drifting in and out of lanes. At one point, we were driving along the dotted line, occupying two lanes at once. The constant bumps from the lane departure alerts added to the tension, reminding us just how far off course we were. This continued to go on for the duration of the trip (2hours) fearing if we were going to crash or not.

The transport wasnperfect and super easy! Harold was our driver and he was super nice! 10/10
