the driver did not like that I was carrying a luggage of near 20 kg. He spoke very very fast with me and I could not understand him. I heard him complaining about me and my luggage for an old lady near him. Look, it is permitted luggages like mine, it is including in the tickets advertisement. I am foreign that came to England with Brazilian one to make research in Durham and I always tried to be very polite with everyone, I do not think that I deserved that.
