They called me when the bus was early so I didn't miss it. That's what I call service.
The bus was so uncomfortable and old, no toilet, the charging portals were not working, no air-conditioner.
The bus stuck for almost 4 hours, we are still on the road but the bus was scheduled to arrive in Capetown at 5:40am

The trip was good,drivers were excellent. However, there was a lady who had an issue with her ticket, apparently it was not reflecting on intercape's side. We had to stand for 2 hours at Windfarm while they sorted that out with the driver. This really is dissapointing.
The bus charging ports were not working couldn’t charge for hours and the bus arrived almost 2hours late to pick us up
