Bus from East London to Cape Town: Tickets & Schedules

There was a constantchanging sound on top of the bus…the screens were not working the worst is the cockroaches all over the bus Yhoo.

Everything was perfect even the speed the drivers where driving with it was not fast and the bus was very clean and comfortable

The Bus stucked at King William’s Town for almost 2 hours. We were taken in different bus which is Big sky bus. The bus was in bad condition, leaking water, toilet was stinking bad experience I ever had with Intercape

I enjoyed nothing, I’m still on the road and it’s 11h06 but I took the bus yesterday afternoon at 14h00. I missed my morning event

bad,poor service, bus was raining inside were we wet,it was stucking evrytime we travel 24hrs instead of 16hrs

I want to express my extremely dissatisfaction with my recent travel with Flexi city connect.I received a message stating that my bus would be delayed by approximately 2 hours.Upon arriving at the bus station I attempted to contact their offices for check in but i was informed that there is no office available,when i asked for an estimated arrival time the call was abruptly dropped. Further communication led to the information that a "trusted partner" bus would be dispatched. Unfortunately the replacement bus was in unacceptable condition: it excessively hot,had few functional windows,lacked air conditioning,had no charging facilities for electronic devices I

The bus was late from the departure and arrival times .it had no amenities as advertised online where I made the booking .

Very uncomfortable ride. Some seats were broken couldnt adjust them, poor air conditioning. Break plates were malfunctioning so the bus was making a very uncomfortable noise all the way.

The bus was clean and arrived on time but the driver was very rude and unprofessional. After we passed Port Elizabeth in the middle of nowhere the busstopped and 2 men got it . We felt unsafe, when we asked the driver he got furious and did not offer any explanation

I enjoyed everything especially the way the east london receptionist handles customers

Horrible, they let us get on a bus without papers and bus was impounded left stranded

The drivers were friendly & their driving was very good. The toilet had a very unpleasant smell & charging slots were not working.

There is nothing I enjoyed because I booked Eagle Liner with R630 and EAGLE LINER didn't come I traveled with INTERCITY express that came at 14:00 of which I booked for 16:00. So the bus company did not take us seriouse, they sent a message saying the Bus will 35 minutes Early but it was 2 hours early and it was not the bus I booked

The bus delayed also we were told that the bus driver forgot the permit which led us to wait for intercity bus

The bus arrived very late with no communication when they got there they only waited for 1 minute we had to run after the bus and one of the drivers was very rude and arrogant poor service and lack of communication with rude drivers

There was nothing to enjoy about this trip passengers arrived late in Queenstown the bus left now after two hours we had to go back to Queenstown to fetch 9 passengers and to top it bus drivers drives veryyyyyy slow

The bus took time to arrive at the station people had to wait outside in the cold it was 40 minutes late.. Even the conducter from the bus was very rude couldn't talk to people in a decent manner

The bus was very late and that was out of line because I didn’t get a proper feedback on what was happening.. but I was very satisfied with my journey

I enjoyed the comfortability of the bus, how the staff communicated the passengers, and how the bus keeps time!

They were very pantual and they communicated everything very well with the passagers

A people that drive big sky is very humble, they arrive early and they serve good service to passages

The bus left East London at exactly 14:15, on time but only arrived in Cape Town 2 and a half hours later than the time it was said it will arrive.

I mic understand the time i though it was 2 pm although it was am so I missed the bus wen i asked for the other one after that i was told i lost my money

Everything was good with the bus/trip. Great service, cool drivers' interpersonal skills, and good drive. The only thing I didn't like is that the bus arrived late for a pick up in East London, by a whole hour. Yes, they did explain why, but I couldn't recover the time lost and as a result, we arrived an hour late in Cape Town.

I lost my phone during the time when we changed busses and I was not helped hard enough to locate my phone

I booked a bus, why did we get a Veco/Mini bus? Disgusting! Never booking with them again! I highly do not recommend!

The bus didn't go we slept at the bus because Ilulabus did not buy fuel for their rented bus I'm so furious I have a meeting today in cape town and even worse they couldn't reach Charles(boss)on the phone

Ilula bus has not left east london to cape town since yesterday. Offices are still closed.

There's nothingbI enjoyed from when I got to the station. There was an hour delay and we were only notified after the departure time. The bus that came was a small unbranded bus. Arrival time was suppose to be 6am but due to the delay I expected to arrive at 7am. Heeee we arrived at 10am the bus was not allowed to drop us off at the station in Cape Town we had to be dropped off else where.. If ill ever book this bus again

Trip was satisfactory and the client service was in top standard.The bus is luxurious

Information on delay was not provided. The bus got involved in an accident which caused more delays. Took Chilwans more than 6 hours to make alternative arrangements for us to get to final destination.

Nothing cause they didn't respect time to arrive
