I missed the bus by 2 minutes and I was dissatisfied that I have to pay for another ticket twice higher than the previous one. All other things is good.
The drivers were very welcoming,it was clean,warm.every seat had a place to charge phone or laptop.
All good except for use of older coaches without USB ports. This affects my use of my phone during the trip ( ability to read books on Kindle etc) as there is the fear of the battery running out - and then not being able to use Google maps to navigate at my destination, or being unable to access other tickets for further transport stored on my phone, or not having access to further transport timetables at my destination especially at night.
