Nayar Mazatlán Puerto Vallarta recent customer reviews

First, no w/c on a 5.5 hour trip. Second, the bus arrived late to our connection station. Primarily due to the bus driver stopping and in every little place to let people on and off like a city bus service! We therefore missed our connecting bus. Thirdly, the bus company would not allow us to catch the next available bus to Puerto Vallarta, because we didn't have a ticket for that bus. Fourthly, we then had to find our way to Puerto Vallarta. Uber or taxi were the only choices. So it was an Uber ride that cost $163.00 cdn. 40.00 dollars more than our overall bus ticket costs. So what was originally a fare for 125.00 now cost us 288.00 and a very long day!

Plan on the trip taking at least 90 minutes longer than posted. The bus will stop often to pick up local vendors and additional passengers. No onboard bathroom.

Total chaos. No schedule and sense of timing. Took almost 12 hours to rch Puerto Vallarta. Do not, do not recommend bus trips.
