Comfortable seats. Didn't like the length of the journey, multiple unscheduled stops.

The bus had AC and never felt unsafe, so those are the positives. However, the bus was very late, made a whole bunch of stops (including the driver running into a convenience store, and picking up random people off the side of the road who would stand by the driver), and took way more than the allotted time to drive from Guadalajara to Puerto Vallarta. The bus was old and cramped. No wifi despite being advertised. Before booking take a moment to consider whether the money you’re saving on a discount bus is worth the poor quality.

The initial trip was to the wrong bus terminal. I had to buy another ticket to get to Puerto Vallarta! The bus was great. 30 seats and 5 passengers. Comfortable. Clean and calm. I ended up at a terminal I didn't recognize. Uncomfortable, but figured it out!
Passengers generally found the bus rides comfortable and well-maintained, with clean interiors and functional electric outlets. The entertainment options were appreciated despite some language issues. However, there were occasional delays in departure and arrival times reported by multiple users. Overall, travelers expressed satisfaction with the service provided.

They had a 3h delay but didn't allow us to change and take a bus that wasn't as delayed. Made 0 sense

It was a nice clean bus, very comfortable. One of the bathrooms was out of toilet paper though. The movies and entertainment was great, however it has options to switch to different languages but it stayed in Spanish. That was a bummer. Would definitely use this bus line again and a great value!

Very bad, the bus had a bad smell. The driver was traveling at full speed and did not apply many sudden brakes.
