For starters the bus arrived laten the timech it was booked. There was a big chaose paseengers chasing on which bus is it that they are taking, after waiting for that long. We were than taken to Joburg Park station, we were told to alight the bus and get onto another one, at 12H00 midnight we were still iin Joburg. Overall the service was very poor and was not passenger centred at all. I regret using them
